This is a one day, two-hour course that aims to teach students, clients, and fellow locticians on the technique of adding loc extensions to non-existent locs and pre-existing locs. This course can be taken by anyone of any age. At the end of this course, you will be able to:

-identify hair texture and consult client on appropriate care and options

-create a part according to the size of the loc extension

-attach an extension to loose kinky hair

-attach an extension to an existing loc

-use filler hair to fill in gaps

Students are required to perform their technique hands-on and pass the “pull” test on their work.
